She then completed a year long small animal rotating internship at a specialty hospital outside of Washington DC. Nicole then completed a 2 year avian and exotic animal residency at the Animal Medical Center in New York City, USA in 2006. She became a Diplomate of the ABVP Avian specialty in 2007. After her residency, Nicole became a clinical instructor/lecturer in the special species department at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, USA where she worked exclusively with exotic pets and taught students, residents and interns. Translation : KIT & BRAIN

Kit had over 15 years of experience in keeping a variety of pets ranging from dogs to rabbits, turtles, fish and parrots; before she joined Tai Wai Small Animal and Exotic Hospital as a receptionist in October 2007. During her time in the hospital Kit has worked hard and now works as a vet assistant. She especially enjoys helping with the hospitalized parrots and providing support feeding to the hospitalized rabbits and chinchillas.

Brain joined Tai Wai Small Animal and Exotic Hospital in January 2007 as a veterinary assistant initially, he worked in the hospital for 16 months before joining the Jockey Club, where he intended to absorb more veterinary knowledge and experience. Brian joined us in July 2009 as our Retail Receptionist, he likes nature and all kinds of animals, having more than 9 years experience of keeping reptiles such as turtles, tortoises, snake and lizards, he has built up valuable knowledge on the different species.
